Subscription payments are non-refundable, subject to applicable law.Review the plan, price, duration and features before paying. Cancellation or unused time does not ordinarily create a refund entitlement. See section 5 for exceptions and payment-error support.
1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern access to LibraHub at www.librahub.online and its related library management services. "LibraHub", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the business operating the service from Koderma, Jharkhand 825410, India. "You" refers to the user or the library on whose behalf an authorised person acts.
By accepting these terms when registering or purchasing a plan, you agree to them. If you act for a library, you must be authorised to do so. Please read the Privacy Policy and Data Retention Policy alongside these terms.
2. Accounts and responsibilities
- The owner creating or purchasing a library account must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into the agreement.
- Provide accurate account and billing details, keep them current and protect your credentials. Do not share accounts in a way that bypasses user permissions or plan limits.
- Library owners are responsible for assigning appropriate staff access, removing access when it is no longer needed and overseeing their workspace activity.
- The library is responsible for the accuracy and lawful collection of student and staff information, required notices and permissions, and its own membership and fee arrangements.
- Report suspected account misuse to support.librahub@gmail.com promptly.
LibraHub provides management software. A student's library membership, physical seat, local facilities, fee dispute or agreement with a library is separate from the library's subscription to LibraHub.
3. Plans and service access
Features, usage limits, subscription duration and available support depend on the selected plan and configuration shown at the time of purchase. Optional integrations may require provider approval, configuration or additional terms. A demonstration or roadmap item is not a commitment to deliver a feature unless it is expressly included in your plan or a written agreement.
If a trial is offered, its eligibility, duration and conditions are those displayed when you sign up. A trial does not guarantee continuing free access. When a trial or paid period ends, access may be restricted under the applicable plan and grace-period rules.
4. Payments, pricing and coupons
Review the amount, currency, billing period, taxes and any discount shown before confirming payment. Use only the payment methods offered in the official checkout or an authorised invoice. Razorpay may process payments where available; bank and payment-provider processing times can affect confirmation.
Activation or renewal depends on successful payment verification. A bank debit or a payment screenshot alone does not confirm that the subscription has been activated. Contact support with the transaction reference if payment status does not update.
Coupons may be limited to selected libraries, plans, billing cycles, library statuses, dates or redemption counts. Displaying an offer does not guarantee eligibility. The valid discount is the one confirmed before payment. A discount on one purchase does not automatically apply to future renewals, and a coupon has no cash value.
Any revised pricing will be shown for a future purchase or renewal; it does not retroactively change an already confirmed payment. No automatic debit is authorised merely by creating an account.
5. Non-refundable payments and payment errors
Payments for LibraHub subscriptions and renewals are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly agreed by LibraHub in writing. We do not ordinarily provide refunds or prorated credits for a change of mind, failure to use the service, unused subscription time, early cancellation or a decision to switch plans.
This policy does not remove any non-waivable consumer rights or remedies, including remedies for deficient or undelivered services where applicable law provides them. It does not entitle LibraHub to retain a verified duplicate or erroneous charge.
For a suspected duplicate payment, incorrect charge, unsuccessful payment debit or service-delivery issue, email support.librahub@gmail.com with your registered email, library name, payment date, amount and transaction reference. We will investigate and arrange any correction or refund that is due. Do not include card security codes, bank passwords or OTPs.
Where a refund is due, the payment channel, bank and applicable requirements determine the processing route and timing. Support will provide the available status or reference. An account cancellation or deletion request is not itself a refund request.
6. Renewal and cancellation
Review your subscription status and renewal date in the owner workspace. You may choose not to renew. If recurring billing is explicitly offered and you authorise a mandate, its amount, schedule and cancellation controls are governed by the disclosed mandate terms. Cancelling future charges does not reverse an already completed payment, subject to section 5.
Use the available subscription or mandate controls to cancel future renewal, or contact support for help. A cancellation normally takes effect for future renewal; access to an already paid period remains subject to the plan, account status and these terms.
Stopping payment, disabling notifications or deleting the app from a device does not by itself delete a workspace. Workspace deletion follows the separate process in our Data Retention Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- Access another library's records without authority or bypass security, access controls or usage limits.
- Upload malicious, unlawful or infringing content, or submit information you are not authorised to process.
- Send spam, deceptive communications or messages without required permissions.
- Disrupt the service, abuse payment or promotional features, impersonate another person or attempt fraudulent transactions.
- Copy, resell or exploit the software beyond the rights granted by your subscription, except as permitted by applicable law or written agreement.
Responsible security reports can be sent to support. Permission to use the service is not permission to test another user's account or access their data.
8. Your data and our software
You retain your rights in information and content you submit. You grant LibraHub the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit and maintain that information to provide the service and meet applicable obligations. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
LibraHub's software, design, branding and documentation remain the property of their respective owners. Your plan grants access to the service for its permitted use, not ownership of its code or intellectual property.
Library owners should review their records and request any needed export before closing a workspace. Export availability and completion depend on identity verification, technical availability and the scope of the request. If the in-app export is unavailable, contact support. Keep downloaded files secure.
9. Availability and responsibility for loss
We aim to keep LibraHub useful and reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, or a specific uptime level unless separately agreed in writing. Maintenance, connectivity problems, provider outages and events beyond reasonable control can affect availability. We may update the software and will communicate material changes where appropriate or required.
Use reports as operational tools and check important records before relying on them. LibraHub does not replace your own accounting, legal or regulatory responsibilities.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LibraHub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or business opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, or excuses fraud, wilful misconduct or failure to meet a mandatory legal obligation. Any separately agreed service commitments remain subject to applicable law.
10. Suspension and workspace closure
Access may be limited or suspended for subscription expiry, unpaid amounts, a material breach, a security threat or a lawful request. Where practical and appropriate, we will explain the reason and the steps available to resolve it. Urgent protective action may be taken without advance notice.
Owners may request workspace deletion through the Privacy & Data area or support. Verification, a waiting period and an authorised review apply. Expiry, cancellation or approval of a deletion request does not mean all records and backup copies have already been removed. Required billing, security and legal records may remain as described in the Data Retention Policy.
11. Complaints and governing law
For a complaint, email support.librahub@gmail.com with the subject "Complaint", your library details and the outcome you are requesting. We will investigate and respond within applicable legal requirements.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Disputes may be brought before courts, consumer commissions or other authorities having lawful jurisdiction. Contacting support does not waive or restrict your right to use an available legal remedy.
12. Changes and contact
The version and update date of these terms appear above. Changes apply from publication unless a later date is stated. Material changes affecting existing subscriptions will be communicated through the service or available account contact details, with notice or renewed acceptance where required by law. Changes do not remove rights already accrued.
